Angelina Pregnant?
|
ANGELINA Jolie has sent the gossip magazines into overdrive with rumours she is pregnant with twins. Looking healthier and reportedly sporting a "baby bump", 32-year-old Jolie and her husband, Brad Pitt, were said to have received the happy news last week.
"Brad and Angelina are absolutely ecstatic," a source told Star magazine.
But there has been no official confirmation from Jolie or Pitt, who no doubt have their hands full with their brood of four, all under the age of seven.
Rumours of impending parenthood began after Jolie was photographed at the recent Critics' Choice awards on January 7.
She had gained some much-needed weight, a source said.
Although Pitt, 44, drank beer and other guests at their table sipped on champagne, Jolie stuck to mineral water all evening.
Jolie also cancelled a long-scheduled trip to Europe, sparking further speculation that she is pregnant.
Since the Star magazine report, the Internet is buzzing with the story gaining momentum.
One report said Jolie had been spotted visiting the office of Dr Jason Rothbart, the doctor who treated her during her first pregnancy.
Rothbart is said to have advised the star to put on some weight before thinking about getting pregnant again.
The Tomb Raider star has always wanted to have a big family, and has made no secret of it.
She already has three adopted children - Maddox, Zahara and Pax-Thien - and the couple's biological daughter, Shiloh, who was born in2006.
Mother+Baby magazine deputy editor Katy Holland has claimed that Jolie's rapidly expanding bump suggests she could be carrying more than one child.
"The fact that Angelina's bump has grown so much in a week could be because she is pregnant with twins," Holland told Britain's Heat magazine.
"However, everybody tends to carry their babies differently ... so until Angelina confirms it herself it's impossible to say for certain."

Britney Reportedly Reunites With Her Mother
|
On the heels of losing her children, Britney Spears appears to be making amends with her mother.
Britney reunited with her mother Lynne on Friday night, Access Hollywood has learned.
Following the meeting, a source told Access “things went well and (Lynne) was encouraged.”
The source also said Lynne has wanted to see Britney “for so long, but that door has been shut.”
In the wake of her latest troubles, the source also confirmed to Access that those closest to Britney feared “suicide would be next.”
Britney and her mom have been on the rocks since the pop princess delivered some mystery papers to Lynne on the set of Jamie Lynn Spears’ TV show in late June.
And it appears Lynne isn’t the only family member Britney reunited with over the weekend. Photographers captured Brit and her little sister out and about the town on Saturday night.
On Monday, a court granted primary physical custody of Britney’s two kids — Sean Preston and Jayden James — to ex-husband Kevin Federline.
During a hearing on Wednesday, a judge upheld his decision, stating Britney failed to show “substantial compliance” with the instructions he handed down in September.
Britney’s attorney, Sorrell Trope, told People magazine Britney lost custody after failing to appear for a court-mandated drug and alcohol test, in addition to her being unable to provide a valid California driver’s license.
Following the court’s ruling, a spokesperson for the California Department of Motor Vehicles confirmed to Access Hollywood that Britney has since become a licensed driver in the state of California.

Troubled pop singer Britney Spears has been ordered by a court to pay for her own counselling and drug-testing before she can retain custody of her two sons. But her friends say she has very little money left.
"People are very worried about Britney because she is running out of money. Her perfume didn't do well. She has no cash flow coming in and she's spending money like water," pagesix.com quoted an inside source as saying.
Just this week Spears spent money on three different hotel rooms in three nights. "Performers make money off touring. And we all know she can't do that," the source added.

Lindsay Falls For Bono's Son In Rehab

LINDSAY LOHAN has fallen for late hippie icon SONNY BONO's son CHESARE, according to U.S. reports. After reportedly helping to break up rocker Tony Allen's marriage to British heiress Stephanie Allen, the Mean Girls star has now found love again in rehab. And this time, the object of her affection is Bono's teen son. Chesare, 19, checked into the same Utah rehab facility as Lohan to battle a painkiller addiction this summer (07) and friends claim the two have become an item. A source tells U.S. tabloid the Globe, "Chez is telling pals that he and Lindsay have fallen for each other big time. "They plan on moving in with one another just as soon as they get out of rehab. He is telling people they spend every moment they can together and lean on each other for comfort." But the source suggests the romance might not be great news for Chesare's mother, Republican congresswoman Mary Bono. The insider tells the publication, "I would think she would be troubled by Chez getting seriously involved with Lindsay right now." Lohan was linked with Dead Stays Alive frontman Tony Allen last month (Sep07) when both were patients at the Cirque Lodge Clinic in Utah. Now Allen's wife Stephanie has filed for divorce, citing reports of his infidelity with Lohan.

Joey Fatone To Britney: 'I'm Here for You, Sweetheart'
|
Joey Fatone is offering Britney Spears a getaway from her life in the spotlight.
"Britney, call me, come over to my house, come to Orlando, get away from it all," Fatone, tells Extra. "It's a good thing to get out of L.A."
Last weekend, the embattled pop star spent time in Atlanta after being charged with hit-and-run in Los Angeles.
Spears is working on a career comeback with a new album due out in November. But she's suffered a series of setbacks, including scathing reviews of her performance at the Video Music Awards and a very public battle with her ex-husband Kevin Federline over custody of their two sons.
"I think she just needs some time, some time to really heal," says Fatone, who has known Spears for many years. The current Singing Bee host was also a member of N' Sync with Spears's former flame, Justin Timberlake.
Fatone tells Extra that he hasn't seen Spears in some time, but has a message for his old friend: "If you're there, let me know. I'm here for you, sweetheart."

R+B star RIHANNA has urged the media to stop criticising BRITNEY SPEARS' MTV Video Music Awards performance. The Umbrella star believes Spears' disastrous stageshow at the Las Vegas ceremony earlier this month (Sep07) was the result of her not having performed much recently coupled with the stress of her ongoing child custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline. Rihanna says, "You can't judge her performance without knowing what was going on with her personally. She had so much pressure for that one performance. "I'm telling you, it's not easy being on that stage. I performed for a minute and a half, and I was extremely nervous. "To have the amount of pressure that Britney had? I don't know what I would've done. She did her best, so leave her alone."
