Kirsten Dunst Turned Down Kevin Spacey Kissing Role
|
Kirsten Dunst has revealed she turned down a role in American Beauty because she didn’t want to kiss Kevin Spacey.
Kirsten was offered the role of Angela Hayes, Spacey’s character’s teen fantasy figure but despite having her neck sucked by Brad Pitt in Interview with a Vampire when she was just 11, she didn’t fancy getting up close to another leading man.
She told Entertainment Weekly recently: “I was only 15 [when I was offered the American Beauty] and I didn’t want to kiss Kevin Spacey or be seen lying naked in those rose petals.”

Lindsay Lohan's 10-Year Plan

"I want to get married before I'm 30,'' the 20-year-old actress says in In Style magazine's November issue, on newsstands Oct. 20. ``And have my house. And make the kind of record I want. And I'd like to win an Oscar before then.''
Sounds like the world-famous party girl is getting serious. In July, Lohan was publicly scolded by a studio executive for her absences on the set of the upcoming movie, Georgia Rule. She missed work, she says, because she went out for a friend's birthday after a day of filming in intense heat.
"I tried to please my friend and I ended up getting sick,'' she tells the magazine. ``It's about learning to say no more than yes. I'm a people-pleaser. But you can't always make everyone happy.''
Yes, Lohan's made some oh-no-she-didn't choices - she's only 20, after all - but what was her favorite mistake?
"Falling in love for the first time and abusing the relationship,'' she says. "I was growing. It's the best thing that ever happened, but I wasn't ready. I moved too fast.''

Lindsay Lohan Gets Served
|
A wily legal processor pulled a fast one on Lindsay Lohan last week, leaving the Hollywood actress stunned and dismayed on the red carpet.
Attending the 21st Annual American Cinematheque Award Gala in Beverly Hills on Friday night, an eager fan flagged Lohan down, waving a pen and paper, reported People magazine.
Lohan, assuming the fan was seeking an autograph, took the paper only to be told, "You've been served".
The stunned actress immediately dropped the papers and tried to chase after the fleeing legal processor, but never caught up with her, an observer told People.
The 20-year-old Mean Girls star was served a subpoena to make a deposition in a lawsuit against her mother and manager, Dina Lohan.
Mitchell Chait and Antonio Almeida are suing Lohan's mother for breach of contract after she allegedly signed her daughter to a record deal with them but failed to comply.

We heard that Britney Spears and Kevin Federline's new son's name is not Sutton Pierce. Kevin alluded to this during an interview on a Seattle radio station and now we think we know the baby boy's real name. According to one of our sources, his name is Jayden James and they call him J.J.

Britney Is Furious With Hubby Kevin

Britney Spears is furious with hubby Kevin Federline after he spent a wild weekend in Sin City ¡ª partying with his buddies and assorted beauties, insiders told The Enquirer.
"Britney feels outraged and betrayed," confided a close source. "Only three weeks after she gave birth to their new baby, Kevin vamoosed to Vegas with his buddies, who spent hours with young girls in his hotel suite.
"When Kevin returned to their Malibu home, Britney gave him the cold shoulder and then they had a terrible fight. It ended with Kevin staying over at a buddy's house."
In other news, Britney is keen to re-launch her pop career and had hired dancer Matt Felker, who appeared in her Toxic video, to work with her on the promo for her new single.
But Kevin, who met the Toxic singer when he was a dancer on her world tour, was far from happy with his wife's choice and demanded she axed all the male performers because he is worried she will find love with another dancer.
A source told In Touch Weekly magazine: "Kevin insisted that Britney fire Matt and all of the other male dancers she'd hired and replace them with females.
"He is surprisingly insecure and secretly terrified she will leave him if her career takes off again."

Kevin spoke with Seattle's Jackie and Bender early on the morning of October 12th, about being on CSI as well as his album, and the new baby.
Jackie: There's rumors that Sutton is not a boy. Have you heard that?
Kevin: Only from my friends, cause I haven't told them so I haven't told them anything and my wife hasn't spoken to anybody about anything, so...
Bender: Cause word has it that she'll reveal the news the week your cd drops.
Kevin: Um, I don't know, that might be all rumors too.
Jackie: Isn't that strange when you hear that, when you have a child and people tell you the sex is a different one.
Kevin: Yeah it's crazy. Well it's even crazier when people are telling me my child's name.
Bender: Oh so Sutton is not the baby's name---

Lindsay Lohan On High Alert: Tara Reid's Latest Bon Mot

The actress, whose botched breast surgery made her a Hollywood laughingstock two years ago, underwent additional surgery to repair the damage, according to a report in Us Weekly.
We don't know whether Tara has acting talent or not, but we hope she stays sober either way. Hollywood loves a good come back story.
Tara Reid reveals in the new issue of Us Weekly: "Lindsay Lohan reminds me of a younger version of me. But you can't take away that she's a good actress. So she's going through a point in her life. I grew up. Leave her alone. If Lindsay can get a chance, then I deserve a chance too. ... The next step in my life is hopefully meeting a nice guy and getting married. Have kids and get my acting life back. I feel like my rainbow is starting to come."
Radar.com reports that Tara Reid trumpets the news of her hard-partying days being behind her, "but she looked pretty s**t-faced two weekends ago at a wedding in Santa Barbara."
An unnamed attendee in the recent issue of Us Weekly, stated that Reid began her drunken antics at the rehearsal dinner.
"She was the definition of a trainwreck, loudly heckling the family and friends of the bride and groom during their speeches," says the source

Lindsay Lohan 'To Take A Break'
|
She may be one of Hollywood's hottest actresses and party girls but living life in the fast lane seems to be catching up with Lindsay Lohan.
The 20-year-old actress has said that she needs to take a break from making back-to-back films to concentrate on her life for a while.
The Mean Girls star has had a turbulent few years, with family dramas, hospital visits and a meteoric rising to the top of the young A-list.
"I might take a vacation - take a year off," she said. "I want to travel and learn more about other cultures. The more I've grown up, the more I want to do that."
The actress has been working hard to leave behind her Disney image and pick more mature roles in films such as A Prairie Home Companion and Georgia Rule.
But while the young star gets her passport ready, her mananger/mother has her own ideas.
Dina Lohan, who has been accused of failing to calm down her daughter's partying lifestyle, says she wants to see Lindsay become the next big action hero.
"I would love to see her in an action movie, like an Angelina Jolie movie," she told Star magazine.
"I would like to see her in a kickboxing movie. She could do it."
