Jessica Furious After John Mayer Mistakes Her For Ashlee
|
Jessica Simpson was reportedly furious after being mistaken for little sister Ashlee by lover John Mayer.
The 'Dukes of Hazzard' star - who recently went from a blonde to brunette - was with her new musician boyfriend when he allegedly pointed to a picture of Ashlee on a magazine cover and asked "How old is this picture of you?"
Jessica is said to have lost her temper with John and insisted she and Ashlee look completely different.
A witness told America's Star magazine, "Jessica read John the riot act. He definitely touched a nerve."
Though Jessica, 26, was once close to her 22-year-old sister, they have reportedly started to grow apart since Ashlee lost weight and dyed her hair blonde.
Ashlee is also said to have had a nose operation, although she has never confirmed going under the knife.
A source said, "Jessica hears the catty talk about how Ashlee looks like her - from two years ago. It totally bothers her.
"There's certainly a sibling rivalry between them."
Jessica recently said she is now comfortable with her figure and feels "beautiful" even when her weight fluctuates.
The star revealed, "I've really become comfortable in who I am and in my skin. I feel beautiful whether I am five pounds heavier or five pounds smaller.
"I'm actually a natural brunette. I was really blonde as a kid, but then I just started getting darker and darker."

Lindsay Lohan To Play Stripper In Next Film
|
As Lindsay Lohan appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman, confessions started to come quickly, as did the quirky sound bites. As Lohan and Letterman discussed her new movie, Georgia Rule, several other topics of discussion were broached, with some proving much more interesting than others.
One of the best sound-bytes to come out of Wednesday night's installment of The Late Show came when Lindsay Lohan confessed she will play a stripper in her next film, entitled "I Know Who Killed Me." The 60-year-old host of The Late Show, David Letterman, then responded by saying, "You're just gonna kill me, you know I have a heart condition. You're just gonna kill me." When asked how much of Lindsay Lohan moviegoers will get to see when she tackles to role of a stripper, Lohan admitted, "a lot" as she called I Know Who Killed Me a "really dark, scary film."
Another hot topic came up while Lindsay Lohan was chatting with David Letterman. Former Lohan BFF Paris Hilton was a topic of conversation, as Letterman brought up Paris' current legal woes, as she has been sentenced to 45 days in jail for violating the conditions of her parole. "It's terrible," Lindsay Lohan said of the current trouble facing Paris Hilton. That prompted Lindsay Lohan to open up about her own bad behaviour while filming Georgia Rule. "I was out too late a few of the times. I had a boyfriend. I was fighting with him," Lohan told David Letterman. "I was very immature. I was very irresponsible. And I understand that." That echoed the sentiments expressed by Lohan's Georgia Rule co-star Jane Fonda, who told Access Hollywood last September that, "It’s hard after a while to party very hard and work very hard. She'll learn that." Jane Fonda continued, "She’s so alone out there in the world in terms of structure and people to nurture her. She is so talented. Oh my gosh, she can access emotion like nothing ... And she just makes me cry. I just want to take her in my arms and hold her until she’s grown up."
David Letterman had his own praise for Jane Fonda on The Late Show. After asking permission to reveal Lindsay Lohan's real age, Letterman said, "You're 20, Jane Fonda is 70 for god's sakes and looks just tremendous, and more than looks great, has this palpable sense of vitality." Letterman admitted that, "It radiates, from Jane Fonda, to which Lindsay Lohan said, "She does, no, she's amazing." Georgia Rule, which stars Lohan, Jane Fonda and Felicity Huffman, opens in theatres this Friday.
With all the serious conversation out of the way, David Letterman engaged Lindsay Lohan in a game of "True or False" regarding some of the various headlines that have appeared in newspapers across the country. When asked about a rumor that Lindsay Lohan punched Paris Hilton at a nightclub, Lindsay Lohan laughed, "No." However, when asked if she truly was addicted to McDonald's food, Lohan coyly admitted that it was, "true. Guilty pleasure." Also, when asked if Lindsay Lohan really did run of a photographer's foot, she replied, "No, but I should have." Lohan also said that the incident was "so faked."

Timbaland To Reunite Timberlake And Britney?
|
Super-producer Timbaland is intent on reuniting former lovers Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears - in the recording studio.
The SexyBack singer and the Toxic star enjoyed a long-term relationship after working together on the Mickey Mouse Club as kids, but split up in 2002.
Timberlake has since dated actress Cameron Diaz and Spears has been married to Kevin Federline, but they're both currently single.
Although refusing to comment on a romantic reunion, Timbaland makes no secret he hopes to be a recording matchmaker.
He says, "I want her in my camp, around Justin."
Timbaland recently sparked a collaboration with Timberlake and Nelly Furtado on hit single Give It To Me.

Lindsay Lohan Plans 21st Birthday Bash
|
While it's not unusual for girls to plan a big party for their 21st birthday, in commemoration of the fact they are turning legal drinking age, Lindsay Lohan has something even bigger in mind. Rather than candles and drinks, Lindsay Lohan want to celebrate her 21st birthday in Sin City, as she told bed-ridden talk show host Ellen DeGeneres that July 2 would be a milestone birthday.
When Lindsay Lohan does finally turn 21 on July 2, Las Vegas is going to be ground zero for one of the young star's biggest parties. CBS News quoted Lindsay Lohan as she told Ellen DeGeneres, "I'm going to milk it because it's a big birthday. think it's been a long time coming for some of my friends that have clubs out in Los Angeles. They don't have to worry about getting into trouble because I'm underage. I think I'm doing a party in Vegas, which makes sense because I've never been able to go out there. I have never gambled there."
Due to a back injury that kept Ellen DeGeneres from walking around her talk show set, she and guest Lindsay Lohan laid in hospital beds which had been wheeled onto the set. After hearing of Lindsay Lohan's plan to have a wild birthday in Las Vegas, Ellen DeGeneres quickly asked about her intentions, since Lindsay Lohan recently finished a stint at a rehab facility in Malibu, California. Lohan admitted that she just wanted to party and that, "Yeah, I'll go and learn (how to gamble)." As well as playing cards and rolling the dice, Lohan said, "'m to have a dinner in Malibu. I don't know, I'm going to be with my family and friends."
After her recent stint in rehab, Lindsay Lohan has been coming back to work in the acting community. Lohan is set to debut her newest film, Georgia Rule, where she stars opposite Felicity Huffman and Jane Fonda. Georgia Rule was filmed last summer at a time where Lindsay Lohan was believed to be partying excessively, which drew the ire of the movie's producer, Morgan Creek Productions CEO James G. Robinson. Robinson had addressed a letter to Lohan stating that her "all night heavy partying" and "bogus excuses" were endangering the production of Georgia Rule, though Lindsay Lohan and her mother, Dina, said the accusation were way out of line.
While planning her birthday party on national television, Lindsay Lohan also showed off a brand new tattoo on the inside of her wrist. The word "breathe" was permanently marked on the young actress, and when Ellen DeGeneres asked her why she tattooed that word on her wrist, Lohan replied, "I forget to breathe sometimes."

Photographs of what appears to be a topless BRITNEY SPEARS have surfaced online. In the saucy shots, a grinning Spears poses outside, kneeling on a rock, while holding two flower petals over her nipples.
The Toxic singer, who performed live for the first time in three years on Tuesday (01May07) night in California, is wearing sunglasses, a wig and a fedora hat in the pictures.
Online speculation centres around the photos being taken on April Fool's Day.

John Mayer to Jessica Simpson It’s Me or Your Pals

Sources tell Star that lovebirds - Jessica Simpson and John Mayer - of eight months looked glum while touring Canada last week because they are bumping heads over her friends!
Jessica Simpson, 26, “misses her friends in L.A., and the easiest way to see them all is to hook up at a club,” says an insider.
But John, 29, “can’t stand the nightclub scene and all the superficiality that goes with it.,” says a source close to John.
The singer was furious when Jessica Simpson was snapped in a cleavage-baring dress while club hopping with pals in L.A. on April 16, says a source. And the two had fought earlier about her May 4 appearance with the Pussycat Dolls in Las Vegas. “I believe John asked Jess to think about what was more important tot her- partying or their relationship.”
Looks like Jessica has picked friends, Simpson accompanied her hair stylist Ken Paves over the weekend for dinner at Chi Dynasty and then she continued to Dresden Room bar. Simpson wore a short orange dress which showcased her full attributes.
